I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and beautiful artwork throughout the common areas made me feel like I had stepped back in time. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional. The staff were helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist me with my luggage and ensure my comfort during my stay. It made me feel safe and well taken care of.

I would have loved to see more senior-friendly amenities. Perhaps some grab bars in the bathrooms or handrails in the hallways would have made the hotel even more perfect for senior guests.

The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, as it's just across from the railway station and close to buses. You can easily reach the historic district within a short walk. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with nice amenities. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the service was friendly and accommodating.

The staff, facilities and room were excellent and breakfast was very good. It compared well with many other places we stayed in this region of Italy.

Finding the hotel should have been easy as it is opposite the Station. However, we missed this point and the fact that you book in to the abc Hotel adjacent.

Rooms are clean good size but not welcoming. Location is good if you are traveling by train.Breakfast good.

The location was a concern there were many unsavory looking people hanging out across the street at the station.The lobby was a mess it needs to be organized better.It was difficult to find since there is no signage you have to go to the Hotel ABC to access the place.If there was no reservation for your car it had to be parked blocks away on the street.There was a posting in the room that if you stained linens you would be charged for them as well as what size toilet flush to use!!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is right across from the train station, making it very convenient for travelers. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable, with nice-sized bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

After exiting the reception you are in an area like a private street which contains the rooms. The rooms themselves are adequate and dispute the hotels location, quiet.

Stopping to check is is a problem when arriving by car as the road is very busy and you can not just stop. Access to the hotel parking is not possible until you have checked in. Across the road is the main railway station where we had to illegally park. The fridge in our room was on and working, but the door was suck and could not be opened. We left the hotel a day early due to the bad weather, but the hotel did not refund the unused night, the receptionist appeared insulted that we were leaving.

Staff is very helpfull, rooms are clean and warm... It was a short but lovely stay!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! First of all, the location is fantastic - it's right across from the train station, which made it so convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. It was clear that the hotel pays attention to detail, as I found all the basic amenities I needed without any issues. Lastly, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine, nothing to complain about.

Old city centre just 5 or 10 minutes stroll away. Great value - clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast choice, and secure parking.

this time in mantova, we chose a casa dei gonzaga and it was amazing! the location was perfect, just a short walk from the historical center and right across from the train station. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with thoughtful extras for a comfortable stay. exceeded our expectations for our honeymoon getaway!

Aircon didn't work.

Despite its first appearance as a hostel rather than a hotel our stay turned out to be very pleasant. Right opposite the train station and a few minutes walk into the historic centre. We had bikes and they were very accommodating. The room was very clean and it was in a quiet courtyard.

On arrival the hotel receptionist was a little abrupt but she did agree to change our room as we were not happy with the first one. The air-con was centrally controlled and set at 24C which was too high as it was extremely hot at the time. We left too early to have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Other people have commented on the difficulty of finding the hotel. Basically it is the ABC Hotel under another name and it is bang opposite the railway station.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Mantova and had a great experience. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was right across from the train station and within walking distance of the historical center. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with nice furniture and even exposed wooden beams. The internet worked very well, which was important for my work. I also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and the coffee bar in the hall, which was open late. The courtyard outside was a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, allowing me a late checkout without any extra charge. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and unpretentious stay in Mantova.
